Noah Wolfe finished on the podium at the KZ2 World Cup on the Italian circuit of Franciacorta, taking third place at the end of a weekend in which he played a leading role.
The final race of the FIA Karting season also coincided with the first KZ2 World Championship for the VAR by Birel driver. It was a worthy weekend that summed all the progress Noah has made in this category, step by step, to be among the names fighting for the title.
The great work with the team, which began last week, continued with the start of the world championship weekend. Free practice and useful work ahead of a qualifying session that was more important than ever, especially at Franciacorta where overtaking is never easy. Fourth fastest overall for Noah and pole position for group D.
The most important part of the weekend was undoubtedly the heats, where Noah remained focused from start to finish in six head-to-head battles. He achieved useful and convincing results, including two wins and two second places in a row, with four fastest laps in the race. This consistent performance was further enhanced by his second place in the Super Heat and the certainty of starting in P5 for the KZ2 final.
The World Championship final began, like all races, with a big battle at the first corner, where Noah managed to stay out of trouble. After making up ground, the British driver began to set his best laps again until he made a surgical overtaking manoeuvre that proved decisive for third place overall. From that moment on, Wolfe was also in contention for second place, which he would have attacked with a few more laps. Third place under the chequered flag and a podium finish in the FIA Karting – KZ2 World Cup 2025.
It was a weekend of the highest level for the VAR by Birel driver, one of the youngest to achieve this result and the best in his team in his first year in the premier class of karting.
