Remigiusz Samczyk dominated in Slovakia, winning both finals in the OKN-Junior class.
After the FIA Karting World Championship in Sweden, Remigiusz was busy with another race weekend, this time in Slovakia for the COTF Academy. This was Remek’s first ever participation in the competition with a different program than usual. After free practice on Friday, Saturday and Sunday were two busy days with qualifying, heats and the final.
The programme was identical on both days and the results were equally identical for Remek. He took double pole position on Saturday and Sunday with the fastest lap of the entire event, followed on both days by two heats – four in total – which the Polish driver won every time.
The two OKN-J finals on Saturday and Sunday followed the same pattern, with Remek skilfully managing the early stages of the race without taking any risks, before regaining the lead on both occasions and winning with the fastest lap in Sunday’s final.
A perfect run with 100% victories that rewarded the great work Remigiusz Samczyk is doing in his second year in the Junior category, once again demonstrating his full potential.
