Eagle-1 sends the second round of the FIM Junior Gp on the Valencia circuit into the archives. Team fighting for top positions with Alessandro Morosi.

Also the Ricardo Tormo of Valencia represented an important step in the season of the Italian team, able to continue with the positive streak of results started a few weeks before at Estoril.

Alessandro Morosi kicked off his weekend with the usual free practice/test sessions, more important than ever in the early stages of the highly competitive FIM Junior Gp World Championship. Targeted work for the “Morox” and all the Eagle-1 staff focused on bringing home data, experience and optimal set-up for qualifying and races.

It was precisely in qualifying that Eagle-1 and Alessandro Morosi showed that they could fight for the front rows of the grid, again achieving the second direct qualification to Q2. The session was fought as usual and closed in eighth position overall.

In the first race on Sunday morning, Alessandro had to manage a start that was not easy, especially on such a treacherous layout as the Valencia circuit. The good race pace then allowed the Italian rider to recover positions and catch up with the group of the firsts, battling turn after turn. Sixth place for the Eagle-1 rider one step away from his first podium of the season.
In Race 2, valid as the end of the weekend, the sensations were good as confirmed by Alessandro. Unfortunately, in the early stages of the race and after the chaotic start, he was involved in a crash, bringing the weekend to an early close.

Eagle-1 would like to thank their staff for their great work over the weekend, Alessandro, and all their partners and seasonal sponsors. We look forward to the weekend of 4 June at the Jerez circuit for the third round of the season.
