It will be the Autodromo do Algarve to open the first of the two races scheduled in July for the FIM Junior Gp. Eagle-1 and Morosi on track from today.

Turning point for the FIM-branded international competition now in its fourth round on the calendar, the penultimate before the summer break. Alessandro Morosi and Eagle-1 return to Portugal, this time to tackle one of the most difficult tracks with the most entertaining layout on the entire international calendar. Among the ups and downs of Portimao, Eagle-1 will aim in fact to replicate and improve the good things done so far both in qualifying and especially in the race with the aim of aspiring immediately to the top positions of the grid.

A bit of bad luck in the last Jerez race has not lowered the morale of the Italian team, which is already at work with Alessandro Morosi, who is equally charged up for a star-studded weekend.

Between today (Thursday 29 June) and tomorrow (Friday 30 June), free practice as usual in view of the race and also useful to continue developing the KTM in view of the rest of the season.

The official sessions will start on Saturday morning with the last free practice that will assign access to Qualifying 2 or Qualifying 1, scheduled for the afternoon. Double race also on this occasion (Sunday 2 July) at 11.00 (Race 1) and 14.00 (Race 2).

Live timing of the sessions on fimjuniorgp.com, streaming of the races on the competition’s YouTube channel and Sky Sport MotoGp.
