Luca Bosco concluded his first season as a GT4 driver in Barcellona with a third place overall in the category standings.

A season-long ride that ended on the curves of Montmelò on the last weekend of the GT4 European Series season. Luca Bosco managed to keep the podium in the PRO-Am category with yet another star-studded weekend.

Together with his teammate, Maxime Soulet, Luca also completed the last adventure of 2021. After three good free practice sessions, useful as always to get familiar with the car, the duo of the Selleslagh Racing team put the finishing touches to the last demanding qualifying session. In the first-time attack, 14th overall and third in the Pro-AM category for Bosco in 1.56.151. Qualifying two was not easy but still managed at the top of the ranking with the best time of Soulet in 1.55.463 and the fifth place in the category.

The double race in Barcelona finally animated as always, the GT4 weekend, giving all the drivers the last two decisive battles for the overall standings. In the first race, Luca was able to manage his feeling with the car at best, managing to lower his lap times and climb up the standings, completing the race in eighth place overall and fourth in the PRO-Am category, one step away from yet another podium in this 2021.

Unfortunately, during the first laps of Race 2, in his run Maxime Soulet had to deal with a race contact that, in fact, did not allow even Bosco to continue the comeback due to the completely damaged set-up. He finished the race in seventh place overall.

Thanks to the points collected in the last commitment of the season, Luca Bosco has finally completed his season with 152 points, valid for the third position overall. A first rookie year certainly to remember for the Italian French driver among the absolute protagonists of this 2021.

Luca Bosco wants to thank Activa Spain for the great support during this race (with great feedback from the drivers) and during the season. A big thank you also to all the other sponsors and seasonal partners (AZ Telecom and Azimut) that made this possible, Selleslagh Racing Team and all the staff for the great work.
